I want to be like Lee Tilghmam when I grow up. I stumbled upon @LeeFromAmerica on Instagram about a year ago and instantly fell in love with her healthy recipes, self-help tips, and holistic lifestyle posts. I like to think of her as the "totally attainable instagramer"; letting you in on all the secrets behind each picture.
I told you she lets you in on everything...even inflammation, IBS, and leaky gut..
My favorite part of her life she shares, though, are her monthly intentions. Think of these as goals or areas of your life you want to put more focus towards each month. This past week, she sat down on her Insta story to talk about the intentions she had for this month and spoke about why she even writes them down in the first place. Basically, it came down to finding areas in her life that she could improve and find growth in. Needless to say, I was inspired.
For the first time, I wrote down a couple of my own intentions for the month (and hung them on the fridge where I can't forget about them). Check it out down below. I decided to start with intentions that were a little more measurable just so I could more easily keep track of progress. I'll make sure to keep you all updated on how it all goes. Hopefully her list of intentions or mine, will help inspire you or give you ideas on areas in your life you could improve on.
